Cut up butter into small pieces
Place flour in a bowl and add butter
Toss butter through the flour
Rub butter pieces in flour to form small crumbs
Make a well in the centre and add water
Use a pastry scraper to work the flour into the mix until roughly combined
Dust the work bench with extra gluten free flour
Tip out dough and knead for 2 minutes by using the palm of your hand to push it away from you, spreading the dough out thin, then rolling it back together into a ball and repeating
Roll pastry into a ball, wrap in plastic and place in fridge (for at least 30 minutes) before using. Keep in fridge while you make filling for Get Kids Cooking Mini Turkey Pot Pies.
