Choc Almond Muffins

{ INGREDIENTS }

1 cup of almond meal

1/2 cup of coconut sugar

1/2 cup of cacao

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon of bi carb soda

1 teaspoon of kombucha (or apple cider vinegar)

1/4 cup of coconut milk

1/4 cup of coconut oil

{ METHOD }

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and place on high for 1 min. Then tip into pre oiled muffin tins.

Place in preheated oven for 20 mins at 180 degrees.

Prep time: 5 MINUTES
Cook time: 20 MINUTES
Total time: 25 MINUTES
