Cacao and Hazelnut Bliss Balls

{ INGREDIENTS }

¾ cup hazelnut meal

¾ cup desiccated coconut

¼ cup cacao powder

1 tbs chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup medjool dates (pitted)

2 tbs coconut oil

 

GARNISH

2 tablespoons cacao powder for dusting

{ METHOD }

Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until very well combined. If mixture appears dry, add 1 teaspoon of warm water.

Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls with damp hands.

Optional: dust bliss balls with additional cacao powder.

Store in fridge until ready to serve.
