{ GUT HEALTH WORKSHOP COMING TO YOU! GET READY FOR ALL THINGS GUT HEALTH, SAMPLING FERMENTED FOODS AS WELL AS LEARNING HOW TO MAKE THEM AT HOME. }

Happy Belly Workshops are designed to teach all things gut health! This includes fermentation techniques, gut health remedies and cooking for optimum gut health.

Most of us have heard about gut health and maybe know the basics… but what’s all the fuss about? Gut health is not just about digestion; How happy our belly is affects everything from our mood, brain function, skin, sleep and immune system. Making sure we have a thriving gut is critical for everyone from babies to grandparents!

Shan, from My Food Religion, and Sofie, from Heal Your Gut, have come together to discuss the importance of gut health and why you should incorporate gut loving and fermented foods into your diet. They will demonstrate recipes for sauerkraut, kombucha, aloe juice, coconut yoghurt and a digestive tonic as well as provide taste testers!

The workshop will run for one and a half hours leaving time for questions and allowing time to discuss fermenting everyday foods and sauces. They will be giving away all of their tips and tricks as well as gut health secrets, so you don’t want to miss out!
